Her career began in 2011 when she started her first travel agency. For nearly a decade, she built a loyal client base, guiding travelers on cruises, tours, and custom vacations around the world.

She later joined American Queen Voyages in the Group and Charter Department, deepening her expertise in group logistics, charter planning, and high-level travel coordination.

With experience as both an agency owner and on the supplier side, Janelle brings a rare 360-degree perspective. She understands contracts, group dynamics, supplier negotiations, and the importance of protecting your investment—serving as your trusted advocate every step of the way.
